Seven US Soldiers were convicted of criminal activity related to Abu Ghraib…However, those responsible still have not even been charged with a crime. We know now based on their own books, Dick Cheney, George W. Bush and Donald Rumsfeld were responsible for the crimes of torture at Abu Ghraib. They also indicated if they had the opportunity again, they would make the same decisions. Seven Soldiers served prison terms for the crimes of our President, Vice President and the Secretary of Defense. We should never forget these names. They fought, served and were following orders, and for that they were imprisoned. Isn’t it time as Americans we held out politicians accountable to the rule of law, a rule of law we are all subject to? Isn’t it time we have the trial of Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld?
